How do you bring together stories from across the globe and still keep things grounded under the same tree? Beneath the Apple Tree is a children’s book collecting ten tales from different countries — all connected by a single fruit. From the Bulgarian golden apple to legends from the US, Ukraine, Canada, Israel, and Turkey, each story needed a visual world of its own, without losing the thread that ties them together.

Solution
We approached the book as a single visual universe, using a cohesive colour palette and texture style across all ten stories. This way, each tale kept its unique spirit, while still belonging to the same family of pages. The result is a book that travels far but feels close — rooted in one world, told in many voices.
